He leads global insurance placements across Property, Cyber, Management Liability, and Casualty lines, manages Sysco&#8217;s internal claims process, and oversees its captive insurance company. He also partners closely with Legal, EHS, and Finance to align risk strategy with business priorities.<\/p>\n<p>Nathan previously held risk leadership roles at USAA and State Street and began his career on the insurance carrier side\u2014giving him a unique 360-degree perspective across underwriting, claims, corporate risk, and financial strategy.<\/p>\n<p>He is a board member of the Texas Captive Insurance Association (TxCIA) and the Association for Responsible Alternatives to Workers&#8217; Compensation (ARAWC).
